Polygraph

In October 1993, Efraim Garcia was a person of interest in Wilson's case. The Detroit Police Department administered a polygraph examination, which determined that Garcia was deceptive. Meaning, Garcia had failed the polygraph examination. Though Garcia was deceptive, not further investigation was done on him.
